Care instructions for your Hand-Woven Aubusson,
Needlepoint, Sumack or Hooked 100% Wool Rug
- For spot cleaning use cold water and a non-alkaline soap.
- For a complete cleaning (or removal of stubborn stains), please make sure you send it to a reputable oriental rug dealer who cleans rugs.
- You may vacuum it with the hard-floor attachment, but do not use a beater bar brush attach ment that is used on wall to wall carpeting. It is too rough on the fibers.
- For the rug to lie properly, we recommend Dura-Hold padding for rug on hard floor surfaces and Miracle-Hold for rug on carpet. Call 1-800-227-7237 for a dealer near you.
